Welcome to Budde Enterprises, Inc., owned by the Bill Budde family. When Bill purchased the farm in March of 1965, he could never have imagined how much it would grow. Without the help and dedication of his wife, daughters, employees and friends, it would not be what it is today.
Proud to Be of Service
Family Owned & Operated
Growing up, Bill Budde learned from his father that downtime meant the difference between getting a crop in or missing the harvest before a hailstorm. The same principle applies to companies like the railroad, transport or construction, where one minute can make a difference.
At Budde Enterprises, we use every rainy day to help ensure our customers’ operations stay on track. Our goals are preventative maintenance, efficiency, reliability and safety.
We owe much to the many people who have helped us develop, design, modify and improve our projects over the years. We would also like to thank all those whose vehicles we service.
It is an honor to be of service to you, and we appreciate your business!

Bill Budde founded Budde Enterprises in 1965 and owned a third-generation farm in Harvey County. Over the years, he owned and operated numerous businesses; when Budde Enterprises began, the shop was smaller than a one-car garage.
Bill was married to Linda Budde for decades prior to her death in 2015. Together, they had three daughters, one of whom now owns the company. Bill always enjoyed building and offering his years of experience and wisdom as an advisor to the younger generations.
Rusty Krehbiel was born in Newton, Kansas and graduated from Wichita State University. With 16 years of experience in custom-cut wheat and silage harvesting, Rusty started working at Budde Enterprises in 2005 as a welder and farm hand. Today, he is the general manager, and one of his favorite aspects of the position is working with customers.
Rusty has been married to Jackie Krehbiel for many years, and they have a daughter together. He enjoys metalworking, woodworking, farming, fishing, gardening and family events.
